Within 2 years of purchase: Contact Magicshine for repair or replacement. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, modifications, misuse, disintegrations, negligence, accidents, improper maintenance

After 2 years of purchase: Return the product to us and we will repair or replace it. We will assess the fees involved and will let you know once we receive it.

NOTE:

1: Proof of purchase is required and return of the product is required for inspection.

2: Accessories such as holsters and charging cables are not under warranty. As these accessories are given for free with our products

3: All shipping charges on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser, COD packages will not be accepted.
